Mv's Toolkit is a set of tools for Unity, developed by two people in their spare time based on several years of experience with the engine. The project aims to improve the development workflow by: - making the Unity interface clearer and easier to use - adding tools that we wish we had had earlier, - facilitating the creation of editor tools for game designers. MvsToolkit is designed to be modular, lightweight, and production-oriented, in order to speed up iteration and improve the working experience in Unity. We have been iterating on it for a year now. In terms of the current content, my role has mainly been focused on the configurable batch rename tool that can be integrated into pipelines with post-processor assets (in progress), and the serialization of “SerializeReference” fields from abstract classes or interfaces.
